Before use of any planetMEDIX products you must have read and agreed to our privacy policy. In the following you find the expectations which you should have by using planetMEDIX. planetMEDIX assuming no liability for:

Quality. planetMEDIX aims to provide the planetMEDIX services with minimum interruptions as possible. However, you should recognise that planetMEDIX cannot guarantee that the planetMEDIX-registration always function without delays or other defects.

Technical innovation and servicing. It is possible that planetMEDIX changes technical functions to keep up with the latest technological requirements and developments or to conform to any regulations. planetMEDIX has to maintain, improve or update some planetMEDIX-services. If necessary, this could conduct a limitation, pause, interference or interruption of some planetMEDIX-services.

Communication contents. planetMEDIX has no control and no knowledge about the contents of communication, which is spread about the planetMEDIX-services. The sender takes the responsibility of the contents of the communication, which he post. Hence, it is possible that you are seeing contents which are displeasing, illegal, dangerous for underage persons, immoral or otherwise complainable.

Information. planetMEDIX expects from you all dates or information at every time and in adequate period, which is necessary for a proper supply of the planetMEDIX-services. Indemnification. BY using planetMEDIX-services You commit yourself to indemnify planetMEDIX and its connected enterprises for any claims brought by any third party for breaches of these general terms of business, law or the rights of third parties.

Transaction. For the transaction of a order for a registration and announcements following terms and conditions are to be applied. The terms and conditions of the planetMEDIX are accessible in the World Wide Web www.planetmedix.com. It contains the obliging regulations concerning the service-offers. The principal agrees to these regulations with giving a registration or advertisement order. Even if planetMEDIX does not contradict in individual cases, then notwithstanding any other provisions of the principal will not be valid.

Registration order. Registration order is the contract of the publication one or several profiles for the purpose of the distribution in the World Wide web. Advertisement order. Advertisement is the contract of the publication one or several Advertisement for the purpose of the distribution in the World Wide web.

Basis of a registration and advertisement order is the admission at the planetMEDIX web page for the period of one year. At completion of the contract, not later than the registration entry the term of a registration order comes into effect.

Offers of planetMEDIX are subject to confirmation, in any case. planetMEDIX reserves the right to accept or to decline registration and advertisement orders. The order comes about exclusively by written confirmation of the order by planetMEDIX, by adjusting in the web page www.planetmedix.com or by other supply of the registration or advertisement order.

Templates. The principal is responsibly for the delivery of flawless and suitable electronic templates by the deadline of registration or advertisement. The deadline is four days before the start of registration or advertisement. The principal immediately has to check whether the registration or advertisement order is published free from defects. After inspection possible defects are immediately to be reprimanded. In this case the principal qualifies for free, additional registration or advertisement period in the magnitude in which the purpose of the registration or advertisement was impaired. Further liability for the loss is excluded.

Order acceptance. planetMEDIX reserves the right to reject or to accept registration and advertisement orders. planetMEDIX can support the acceptance or refusal in compliance with uniform principles due to the contents, the origin or the technical mode of the registration or advertisement.

planetMEDIX also reserves the acceptance of single registration and advertisement documents (graphics, text). In particular this counts when the registration or advertisement documents contain punishable or illegal contents, which can damage the credit of planetMEDIX. The principal will be immediately informed about the refusal.

Legal. The principal accepts full responsibility for the design, content and the contents to be found in the links of his registration and advertisement in adherence of the competition law as well as national and international property rights. If planetMEDIX receives knowledge about the precalled circumstances or after the confirmation of order or partial order execution, planetMEDIX is entitled to cancel the contractual relations without notice. In all these cases the principal releases planetMEDIX for own damages and third party claims.

The freelances and application agents are obligated to uphold to the price-list of planetMEDIX. The agent`s fee awarded by planetMEDIX may not be transmitted to the principal neither completely nor partially.

Temporary interruption of the web presence, by force majeure, strike, litigation, lockout or operational disturbances, are not confined from the contract. In such cases the contracted period is extended accordingly. Claims to compensation for damages remain impossible, provided that planetMEDIX caused damage through no gross negligence or intentional action.

Payment. You have to pay all fees given on the website for planetMEDIX-services. You can see the prices at www.planetmedix.com.

The fees for registrations of planetMEDIX premium services are for the period of 12 months. The fees for hotel advertisements are for the period of 3 months. The fees for planetMEDIX adverts are for the period of 1 month.

The invoice will made out for the first day of registration/advertisement, but not later than end of month. The invoice has to be paid within fourteen days.

Changing the rates. Any time planetMEDIX can change the rates by a suitable announcement of 30 (thirty) days before the change on the website occurs. You do not commit yourself to accept the new fees by using predeterminated planetMEDIX services.

planetMEDIX-Basic services can change any time without advance notice, because they are for free.

Tax. The current German VAT will be applied, if you are in the EU and do not have a Tax Registration Number. In certain nations local taxes can be used.

Free planetMEDIX publicity campaigns: For a specific period planetMEDIX can offer free services. In exchange planetMEDIX expects, that they use the product sensibily and do not abuse the free offer. Please notice, it is not allowed to you to resell planetMEDIX-services. If planetMEDIX realize abuse on purpose, it will terminate the access to your account immediately.

Faultily charged. If planetMEDIX has charged faultily to you, you have to contact the customer-service of planetMEDIX (support@planetmedix.com) within 90 days. For fees which are older than 90 days no restitutions will be made.

Payment difficulties: If an order is not executed all or part for reasons of planetMEDIX does not have to represent, the principal will be obliged anyhow to pay the full registration or advertisement price.

In the case of default of payment or respite interests for default will be raised. The assertion for greater damages caused by default is reserved. planetMEDIX can stop the execution of the registration or advertisement order up to the payment. In the case of reasonable doubts about the solvency of the principal: Future registrations or advertisements will depend on the pre-payment and from the settlement of the account without consideration of an originally agreed term of payment. planetMEDIX can also terminate the registration or advertisement contract without notice.

The assignment or the resale of the registration or advertisements services by the principal is not allowed.

planetMEDIX reserves the right to reject collective registrations and collective advertisements. A documentary proof is necessary to draw on a group discount on subsidiaries, in which an at least share ownership of 50% have to be stated.

You can request a cancellation of your registration and advertisement order or you can request a restitutition of a part of the planetMEDIX services, when you contact to the customer service.

With a cancellation at least 14 days before the beginning of the registration or advertisement order no costs will set on to the principal. Otherwise a handling charge will be calculated. This charge is 30% of the net order value.

planetMEDIX reserves the right to reject repeated restitution demands (more than twice for any planetMEDIX products).

After entrance of a properly presented restitution demand planetMEDIX refunds your credit.

In addition, planetMEDIX will refund your credit, if you cancel your account/accounts according to this contract or if planetMEDIX discontinues this contract without serious cause. Any abuse of the conditions with reference to the restitutions described here, will lead to a termination of the contract.

Entire contract. These terms and conditions of business in collaboration with the contract of registration / announcement shows the whole arrangement between you and planetMEDIX concerning the object discussed in it and plan precedence and substitute all previous arrangements, all the same in any form.

Partially nullity. Should any clause or regulation, contained in this be invalid, trifling or not be enforcable, the rest of this contract still keeps full applicability and validity.

No disclaimer. The non-inforcement of measures against a breach of agreement by planetMEDIX has no influence on the right to put through at a later time.

Should a regulation of these terms and conditions be invalid, the contract and the other regulations remains valid.

planetMEDIX will store relevant data of the business partners for the purpose of processing the automated procedure.

Assignment. You are not entitled to assign this contract or any other rights. planetMEDIX can assign this contract or any other rights to every third party without written notice.

Valid Law and court. The contract is subject to the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, without effect on collision rights or regulations of Germany or your country of residence and regardless of the applicable laws of your country of residence. Each court procedures proving from this contract or in relation on this contract are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Germany. Place of fulfilment and exclusive legal venue for all orders is Stuttgart.

Language. The German original version of this contract can have been translated into other languages. With contradictoriness or discrepancies between the German version and other versions of this contract the German language version is authoritative.
